E-PASSIVE was formed in 2024 by a group of industry professionals in response to a clearly unmet demand. The deployment of a micro-mobility “sharing” service, such as rental electric bicycles, in SE Asia has been stunted by a lack of investment, yet it’s one of the most viable markets in the world. The region is brimming with tourists who are searching for better transportation options.

Our crowdsourced strategy to deploy these vehicles allows people with a common vision to share in the solution as we move full speed towards being the first mover in the region.
