What am I purchasing?

• Ownership of an e-bike or two e-scooters based on demand
• A right to place your electric vehicle into our passive income generating operation, ZuumiRides based in SE Asia
• Income Rights for your vehicle (see and approve the Management Agreement after checkout)
• This isn’t just any electric vehicle – this is a commercially prepared rental-ready Electric Bicycle or Electric Scooter from our partner Zendrian Micromobility, the largest e-bike importer in Thailand
• IoT and GPS-Enabled with telemetry

After checkout, what can I expect?

• We will send you an e-sign agreement for your approval shortly after checkout.
• Your new vehicle will be placed into service within 90 days. It will be delivered at our expense to a top destination resort or hotel in Thailand.
• Certificate of ownership, serial number, and photograph of your exact bicycle prior to entering service
• A username and password to your owner portal, where you can track your vehicles’s lifetime income, request to purchase additional bicycles, or request removal and delivery to a destination of your choosing (shipping fees apply)

What income can I expect to receive from my bicycle?

• At this time, owners can select from two revenue share options (make your selection on the e-sign agreement provided after checkout)
• Option One: the variable revenue share option (receive 40% of the gross rental income from all rentals) with a variable return rate of up to 40% annually, estimated based on the purchase price of the ebike.
• Option Two: The assured revenue return where the Company agree to pay 15% of the Purchase Price of the Ebike annually as an assured rental value to the Purchaser.
• Your first income payment is expected to arrive 90 to 120 days after purchase (allowing for the 90 day vehicle placement process and the first month of service)

Important: You are purchasing an electric bicycle that will be placed into a rental program – it will not be delivered to you directly. You can remove your vehicle from the rental program at any time. To receive your bicycle, ZuumiRides will tell you the time and location where it can be delivered in Bangkok, Thailand, or we can assist with arranging delivery to you (at your cost) worldwide.
